1. About Vytecrow

Vytecrow is a tourism service provider registered in Sri Lanka. We offer curated tour packages, custom travel plans, airport shuttle services, and travel experiences across Sri Lanka. By using our website or booking any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Quotations

Our tour packages do not have fixed prices. Pricing varies based on your preferences, group size, travel dates, and current local costs such as fuel, food, and accommodation rates. When you request a package or custom plan, we will provide a detailed quotation for your review and approval before any booking is confirmed.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum advance payment of 50% of the quoted amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the tour or as agreed in the quotation.
  • All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. If your bank charges a transfer fee, that amount will be deducted from your payment or refund.

4. Plan Modifications During Travel

Customers may modify their travel plan at any time during the trip. If the modified plan costs less than the original quotation, the excess amount will be refunded. If the modified plan costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the additional amount.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 3 or more days before the scheduled tour start date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. No processing fee is charged by Vytecrow, however any bank transfer fees incurred during the refund are borne by the customer.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total quoted amount. The remaining advance payment will be refunded minus any applicable bank transfer fees.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the tour has commenced are not eligible for any refund.

6. Age Requirements

Customers under the age of 15 require written confirmation from a parent or legal guardian to book with Vytecrow. We reserve the right to request proof of guardian consent before confirming any booking for minors.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not mandatory for tours in Sri Lanka. However, we recommend that customers arrange their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or personal belongings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vytecrow acts as a facilitator of travel experiences. We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss of personal belongings, property damage, or any other loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, accidents, or actions of third-party service providers.

Customers participate in all activities at their own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to assess their own fitness and suitability for any activity included in their tour.

9. Code of Conduct & Harassment Policy

Vytecrow is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all customers, staff, guides, drivers, and local communities. The following conduct will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behaviour towards staff, guides, other customers, or local residents.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic.
  • Any behaviour that violates the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Damage to property, wildlife, or natural environments.

Violation of this code of conduct or any Sri Lankan law will result in immediate termination of the tour without any refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vytecrow website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vytecrow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Vytecrow reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
